Our team is focused and passionate about redefining sustainable living. We are experts in our field, with RIAS Accreditation in Sustainable Building and experienced Passivhaus Designers. Driven by a passion to develop new technologies and construction techniques, perpetually aiming to lead the development of modern, sustainable construction in Britain, we aim to make it easy for people to live a more sustainable lifestyle. Leading by example, we show it is possible to create custom, comfortable accommodation without spoiling the natural world, with all our projects achieving carbon neutral status or better.
We pride ourselves on staying ahead of current legislation, not simply meeting requirements, ensuring all our buildings are designed to surpass the current standards, pushing the development of sustainable construction ever further with each design we produce.

Our design team are based in Dunoon. Surrounded by the Firth of Clyde to the east and Argyll Forest Park, Britain’s oldest protected forest, to the west, it is no surprise we are constantly driven to protect the natural world found at our doorstep.
Our manufacturing facility is located in Falkirk, near the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel - an inspiring feat of engineering.
